You can delete a child’s profile, or your whole account, at any time. Deleting a profile removes its content from our live systems, and any band linked to it stops opening it.
If you’d like help, email support@tapcare.com.au from the address on your account and we’ll take care of it. We keep order and payment records for as long as the law requires.
