After checkout we email you a secure link to your TapCare account. Open it and you’ll land on your Family dashboard. You don’t need to wait for your bands to arrive to get started.
- Choose Add child and enter their first name. Everything else is optional and can be added later.
- Work through the sections at your own pace: Allergies, Medical conditions, Medications, Emergency contacts and Action plans. Each one saves on its own.
- Check Public profile settings to choose whether their photo, school details and notes are shown.
- Use Preview to see exactly what a helper will see.
A profile is marked Ready once it has health details, at least one emergency contact and a linked band. Until then, your dashboard shows what’s left to finish.
