Adding an action plan

1. Open your child’s profile and choose Action plans.
2. Upload a photo or PDF of the signed plan, and give it a title such as “ASCIA Action Plan for Anaphylaxis”.
3. Save. Helpers can open it from Action plans on the profile.

TapCare shows the plan exactly as your doctor signed it. We never edit or rewrite it. When your doctor updates the plan, upload the new one and remove the old.
